Returns

Unopened & Undamaged Items

• May be returned within 7 days of the order’s shipping date at the buyer’s expense. 
• Please e-mail info@craftup.co.za to notify us that you are returning items.
• Returns must have a copy of your order invoice or order confirmation email. 
• 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• No credit will be given for the original shipping cost paid to have the order shipped to you. 
• No cash refunds, store credit will be given.
  
  

Damaged Goods 

Damaged Goods – You must notify us by email at info@craftup.co.za of any damaged goods within 5 days of receipt of your order.  We will then make appropriate arrangements with you for return of the damaged goods at our expense. 

Products used or damaged by customers will under no circumstances be refunded.

Buyer’s remorse does not qualify for refunds.
